Getting started
- Start free in the app: upload a photo, pick a template, and join the queue.

- Public sharing uses a link like /v/slug. If you set a share to Public, it may be discoverable via search engines. Use Link-only sharing (or keep it unshared) if you do not want that.
Billing & credits
Start free in the queue. After that, paid plans add recurring credits, and you can also buy one-time credit packs for faster or higher-volume generation.

- You do not need a credit card to start a free queue generation.
- If a generation fails, credits are typically refunded automatically (if you believe something went wrong, email support with your account email and the job/share link).

Refunds (case-by-case)
Refund requests are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis. To help us resolve issues faster, please include:
- Your account email
- Order/receipt details (if available)
- The job/share link and a short description of the issue
Email us at support [at] aibabydancer.com. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
Troubleshooting
- Try a clear, front‑facing photo with good lighting.
- If generation is stuck, refresh and try again later (busy hours can slow down processing).
- If a share link doesn’t load, confirm it’s Public and try again after a minute.

How do I start for free?
Open the app, upload one photo, choose a template, and join the queue. You do not need a credit card to start the free flow.
What should I do if a generation fails or looks wrong?
Failed generations are typically refunded automatically. If the result still looks wrong, email support with your account email and the job or share link so we can review it.
Can I keep my videos private?
Yes. Creations are private by default. Only content you intentionally set to Public can appear on public pages or become discoverable elsewhere.
Why is my upload or share link not working?
Use a clear, front-facing photo, refresh if the queue is busy, and make sure a share is set to Public before sending the link to other people.
How quickly will support reply?
Send your account email plus any relevant job, share, or order details. We usually reply within 1 to 2 business days.
